Project context

Life Makeover spans avatar customization, outfit creation and home design. ANBU translated these features into creator-ready ideas for fashion, beauty and lifestyle audiences, expanding conversation beyond conventional gaming communities.

Guiding insight

Life Makeover competes not only with fashion games but with the wider world of social self-expression. Audiences respond when an idea becomes a personal style, character or space—not simply when another beautiful outfit is shown.

Challenge

Show the depth of the experience without reducing it to a conventional fashion game.

Solution

ANBU mapped creators into three groups: fashion KOLs for lookbooks and styling challenges; beauty creators for face, hair and makeup customization; and lifestyle creators for dream-home storytelling. Before–after edits, visual transitions, themed challenges and UGC turned in-game features into social self-expression.

What we did

From insight to execution, every workstream was designed to play a specific role in the launch and growth journey.

  1. 01Built a visual language celebrating fashion, individuality and limitless creativity
  2. 02Developed creator briefs around style transformations, home design and character storytelling
  3. 03Sparked UGC through outfit and home-design prompts that let the community shape trends
  4. 04Mapped fashion, beauty and lifestyle KOLs so every feature had the right storyteller
  5. 05Prioritized before–after, transformation and visual storytelling in short-form formats

The lasting idea

Fashion, beauty and lifestyle creator groups created multiple entry points. Each told a different part of the product story, while transformation formats and UGC made the community a co-author of the campaign.
